Microsoft Zune PlayersApple Computer is the market leader when it comes to digital music player and store market. They sell the largest number of digital music players and are the leading seller of digital music as well.

Apple iPod continues to find new buyers and none of the other players are currently capable of challenging the domination of iPod.

However, Microsoft is one company which has the resources to take on Apple and they are doing exactly that. Microsoft is due to launch their Zune player next month and it comes with features not present in Apple iPod.

Nevertheless, Apple Computer Chief Executive Steve Jobs has said that they are not exactly worried about this emerging threat.

Steve Jobs said about the much talked about networking features of Microsoft Zune: “It takes forever. By the time you’ve gone through all that, the girl’s got up and left.”

He further spoke on iPod, which the market analysts claim is losing its coolness compared to the emerging players: “That’s like saying you don’t want to kiss your lover’s lips because everyone has lips. It doesn’t make any sense.”
