Asset TagsAsset tagging and marking are patented anti-theft marking and recovery system uses a permanently affixed rigid metal plate to identify computers and other office equipment. A toll-free hotline number and bar code are printed on the face of each plates to facilitate recovery and asset management. If the plate is removed, an indelible tattoo that reads “Stolen Property” and the toll-free hotline number will stay on chemically etched in the surface of the equipment. The system is available with a customized asset tracking software program for efficient inventory management.

These are more than just an asset marker. These special tags help you recover your equipment by tying the tag to a registry service and assuring that your asset will be identified even if the tag is removed. It functions in two important ways to secure your computers from theft and facilitates their recovery if losses of any kind occur.

Multi-layer metalized asset tags with optional tamper-evident adhesives are heavy duty asset tags that can be used on computer and office equipment and, because of their flexibility, can adhere to irregular-shaped surfaces such as tools and other equipment. They can be printed with your choice of customized text identifying your company as the rightful owner.

You can usualy choose from six different colors and have an optional barcode with a human-readable number printed on the tag. Tags are made from a multi-layered, metalized polyester material and have a pre-applied permanent adhesive suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The special tamper-evident adhesive back leaves a checkerboard pattern if someone attempts to remove the tag. The tag cannot be re-applied.
