ThinkPad WLenovo has plans to reveal their newest mobile workstation that shows off its new 17” display, quad-core processor, and the built-in graphics tablet from Waco (this feature is optional). During the Siggraph conference in L.A. they will be pulling the curtains off the ThinkPad W700 – which they have given the name the “beast”.

In a bid to offer advanced graphics performance for creative professionals, the release features Nvidia’s Quadro FX 3700M mobile graphics with 1GB of video memory along with Intel’s Core 2 Extreme Quad Core processor

Computer On FlightDelta Air Lines announced this week that they will be allowing passenger to access the Internet using Wi-Fi on more than 330 of their planes. If nothing get side tracked then they will be available during next summer though a few of their planes will have it available later this year.

Delta is not the only one making this big change. JetBlue and American Airlines are one of the few companies that are well known for providing their passengers with satellite television and have been working hard to launch their new Internet service this year. Also more, several airlines, including Continental, Southwest and Virgin America, are planning to offer similar services.
