Google LogoGoogle has many things that it has created for Internet users and they have quickly become one of the top search engines to use. This week they are expanding their services even more by debuting their new hosted storage services.

Google is hoping that the online storage subscription-based service will be ready for release early next year. The service will reportedly include a limited amount of free storage with extra space available for an undisclosed price.

Sea ScorpionIf you hate the bugs you find today than you’ll be glad that they are small compared to what they used to be hundreds of years ago. Germans uncovered a fossil claw that they believe belonged to what they think is the biggest bug that has ever been discovered.

This sea scorpion – Jaekelopterus rhenaniae – is as big as a large crocodile and seemed to be the worst predator in its day. They believe that it fed on fish and even killed its own kind. The find shows that arthropods—animals such as insects, spiders, and crabs, which have hard external skeletons, jointed limbs, and segmented bodies—once grew much larger than previously thought, said paleobiologist Simon Braddy of the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.

Comet Holmes And The SunThe sun is the biggest star and object in our solar system – but what would happen if something were to take its place? Comet Holmes started off relatively small when astronomers first started to study it. But after only a few weeks its diameter is larger than that of the sun.

Astronomers explain that the comet has been letting out large amounts of gas and dust – which has expanded the atmosphere and caused it to grow. “It continues to expand and is now the largest single object in the solar system,” according to astronomers at the University of Hawaii.
